Using this Site, submitting a contact form, scheduling a call, or sending an email does not create a CPA client relationship. A client relationship is formed only after we both sign a written engagement agreement (and any required onboarding steps are completed).

Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code

5. Communications and Sensitive Information
Do not submit sensitive personal data (for example Social Security numbers, tax documents, or financial account numbers) through unsecured web forms or standard email. If we provide a secure client portal or secure upload method, you agree to use it for sensitive information.
6. Scheduling, Payments, and Service Requests
If the Site allows you to request services, schedule appointments, or make payments, you agree that:
Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by us
Fees, scope, and deliverables are governed by the signed engagement agreement, not by general Site content
Any online payments, if offered, may be processed by third party payment providers and are subject to their terms

If you submit information through the Site (for example via a form), you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. If any liability is found, our total liability for claims related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us through the Site in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrive Tax and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Merrimack County, New Ha,pshire, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
